About the Role

Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our design services and are seeking a talented Multi-Utilities Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing multi-utility networks — electric, water, and gas — across a variety of development types, from quote acceptance through to technical approval.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage a portfolio of multi-utility design projects in compliance with technical standards and regulations.

– Oversee the full design lifecycle from quotation to adoption, maintaining accurate documentation and meeting project milestones.

– Collaborate with design engineers, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

– Liaise with developers, network operators, and water companies to support successful project outcomes.

– Monitor project scope, costs, and specifications, and manage variations in line with commercial procedures.

Skills & Experience

Essential

– Experience designing single or multi-utility projects in domestic, commercial, and multiple-occupancy settings.

– Understanding of CDM Regulations and their application to design.

– Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and commercial documentation.

– Excellent IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Desirable

– Knowledge of SPEN Radar, WINDEBUT/SNAP, or similar software.

– Minimum of HNC in an Engineering-related discipline.
